Good Morning James,

This is Jennifer Harrison.  There are just not enough words to describe my thanks to you for taking care of my little Alex and having him safely
returned to me.  I am back on my feet today:) and just want to tell you how much I appreciate your kindness and calmness from the first phone
call at 5am until I picked Alex up yesterday.  Even though Alex was 15yo, I still was not prepared and his death was just so sudden.
Aside from having him in the urn, I want you to know that the most comforting tangible aspect of this process has been the 4 hair
clippings...WOW...that is the very best idea ever!  The card that the hair is attached to is just so very comforting...I just wanted to give
you feedback on that.  I will gladly recommend you to all the people who will listen:).
